The compact size of the Genie AWP Super Series gives the user the ability to work with the machine as close as 8 centimetres from a wall. The ability to work this closely makes jobs easier without having to use more than one machinery to perform one task. Being the smallest in the business, the efficiently designed X-pattern outrigger footprint is a popular feature which allows the operator to operate close to the job. These lightweight, small machinery are able to fit through regular-sized doorways. Equipment models up to 9.1 meters, that are the AWP-40S and the AWP-36S units, do not have to be tilted back when going through regular-sized doorways due to the design of the tilt-back frame. The six-point wheel and caster rocker base system could be maneuvered easily around corners, over bumpy thresholds and over debris. Units are easily loaded onto trucks, even pickup trucks, due to the lightweight design of the machines and the exclusive rear mast pivot bar. For added ease of transport and versatility, there are tie-down attachment points, an overhead crane attachment point, outrigger storage and forklift pockets included.
User controls are easily accessed and user-friendly. Controls on the machines include a dual-activated up/down switch, a locking key switch, a low battery indicator and outrigger setup confirmation lights. In the case of a power failure there is an auxiliary platform-lowering feature that allows for descent. This feature is standard on all DC and AC units.
The mast system on the Genie is the most durable system around. This patented system is made using aircraft-quality aluminum giving the user comfort and peace of mind through all working heights. Some units have platforms with a ground fault interrupter receptacle for portable use of power tools.
The numerous basic features available on each unit are designed to fit the operator's needs and provide the ability to increase safety and efficiency for all of your application needs.
