Telescopic forklifts
Telescopic lift trucks provide versatility and height. These units are outfitted with a pronged lift on an arm which extends over the top of the truck. The arm, or crane, is referred to as a telescopic boom. The boom enables the operator to maintain a high degree of control while lifting the cargo to great heights. Regular forklifts aren't able to move the cargo away from and towards the cab of the forklift, while a telescopic forklift can allow that movement. The telescopic forklift is commonly used in agriculture and construction. It is recommended for applications where greater control and lift is necessary.
A forklift carton clamp attachments are better in situations requiring high volume carton handling. The attachment has arm pads with four way reversible rubber linings that allow the operator to use uniform clamping force when lifting a cargo. It is available with a backrest that protects the loads from damage.
A slip sheet attachment fits onto a slip sheet forklift. It is utilized for storing systems which don't use pallets. The attachment clamps onto the slip sheet and pulls it onto the forks on the forklift. This type of system is useful for overseas shipments and intra-corporate deliveries.
A man basket is a lift platform designed specifically to hoist personnel. The basket attaches to the forks on the forklift, held in with a chain or strap that is to be directly secured to the forklift carriage. The platform has railings to protect the employees from falling to the ground. Brackets on the platform are used for fastening the worker's safety harness.
